Beth Hoffman

Beth Hoffman is a seasoned professional in the field of real estate appraisal with extensive experience spanning over two decades. Currently serving as the Senior Commercial Real Estate Review Appraiser at United Community Bank since July 2013, Beth also held the position of Chief Appraisal Officer at Progress Bank until August 2023. Prior to these roles, Beth was the President of Market Appraisal Services and worked as a RE Appraiser at LandSafe. Additional experience includes serving as a Cadet Parent at Marion Military Institute and as Dispute & Resolution Manager at TransUnion. Beth began the career as a Senior Review/Staff Appraiser at First American Mortgage Solutions. Beth holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business with a focus on Management and Music Education from the University of Maine.
