Holly Berry, MBA, SPHR, SHRM-SCP, is an accomplished human resources executive with extensive experience across various industries. Currently serving as EVP and Chief Human Resources Officer at United Community Bank since 2022, Holly also holds the position of Head of People and Culture at SOLVD Health. Holly’s previous roles include Human Capital Executive at Total Beverage Solution, where innovative HR initiatives were implemented, Director of Total Rewards at Belk focusing on comprehensive benefits and wellness programs, Vice President of Human Resources & Global Benefits at Bank of America overseeing global employee benefits, and Manager of Human Resources at BMW Manufacturing Co., LLC, where an onsite medical clinic was directed. Holly has earned degrees from Clemson University and Webster University, along with multiple certificates in U.S. Health Policy and Compensation and Reward Management.
