Jenna Steffy

Jenna Steffy has extensive experience in the banking and education sectors, currently serving as a BSA Specialist II at United Community Bank since July 2019, with prior roles as Head Teller and Customer Service Representative. Previously, Jenna worked at SunTrust from December 2014 to June 2019 as a Personal Banker, developing strong administrative and time management skills while focusing on customer service and cash management. Early career experience includes working as an After School Teacher at Union County Public Schools from September 2013 to December 2014, where responsibilities included lesson planning and recreational activity coordination. Jenna holds an Associate’s Degree in General Studies from South Piedmont Community College, earned between 2014 and 2015.
