Jocelyn Earnest-Heckler

Jocelyn Earnest-Heckler is an accomplished banking professional with extensive experience in business development and SBA lending. Currently serving as Vice President and SBA Business Development Officer at United Community Bank since October 2020, Jocelyn has previously held significant roles at Spirit of Texas Bank as Vice President and SBA Loan Officer, as well as positions at Cadence Bank as a Personal Banker and at PeoplesBank as Assistant Banking Center Manager and Head Teller. Additionally, Jocelyn contributed to academia as an Adjunct Faculty member at Holyoke Community College from September 2010 to May 2012. Educationally, Jocelyn holds a Master of Arts in English Language and Literature from the University of Colorado Boulder and a Bachelor of Arts in Creative Writing from Colorado College.
