Mark Terry

Mark Terry is the current Chief Information Officer at United Community Bank. Mark has held this position since January 2016. Prior to that, they were the EVP & CIO at The Palmetto Bank from May 2011 to January 2016. Before that, they were the Chief Information Officer at Forcht Group of Kentucky from February 1992 to April 2011. Mark started their career as a System Engineer at EDS from January 1990 to December 1992.

Mark Terry has a MBA in Computer Information Systems from the University of the Cumberlands and a BS in Computer Information Systems from Cumberland College.

They work with Robert A. Edwards - Chief Risk Officer, Jefferson Harralson - Chief Financial Officer, and Richard W. Bradshaw - Chief Banking Officer. Mark Terry reports to H. Lynn Harton, President & CEO.
