Stephanie Bell

Stephanie Bell is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in leadership roles within the support services sector. Currently serving as Chief of Staff at United Community Supports of Maryland since November 2019, Stephanie has held various positions at EPIC, including Director of Individualized Supports and Director of Day Support Services. Prior to EPIC, Stephanie co-owned Stenna Belle, LLC and directed residential supports at Ardmore Enterprises. Stephanie began a career in quality assurance and residential programming at The Arc of Carroll County, Inc. Stephanie holds a Master of Business Administration from Mount St. Mary's University and a Bachelor of Arts in Exercise Science and Physical Education from McDaniel College.
