Paul Laird has a comprehensive work experience in the construction industry. Paul started working as the Vice President of Construction at Duke Realty Corporation in 2002, where they managed various construction projects for the company's commercial development and leasing, as well as for third-party clients. Their responsibilities included overseeing design/build construction, due diligence, infrastructure, and tenant finish. Paul successfully completed projects for major clients such as Navistar, Liberty Mutual, and the General Services Administration. Paul then joined United Construction Company in 2013 as the Vice President of the Midwest Region. In this role, they focused on growing the company's presence in the region through design-build and construction management services. Their expertise in due diligence, design and schedule management, and cost control made him a valuable partner for the clients served by the company. In 2017, they took on the role of Vice President Preconstruction at United Construction Company, where they continued to contribute their skills and experience to the company's growth and success.
Paul Laird has a Bachelor of Architecture (B.Arch.) degree from the University of California, Berkeley. Paul also holds a Master of Science (MS) degree in Construction Engineering & Management from Purdue University.
