Johan van Damme

Johan Van Damme has had a successful career in various leadership roles. Johan began their career as a Senior Auditor at KPMG Belgium from September 1995 to December 1998. Johan then founded JooS Consulting in December 1998, where they held the position of Chief Executive Officer. In 2007, they became the CEO of PZ, a dynamic HR firm. From 2010 to the present, they also became the CEO of Nieuwe Media Groep, a community for HR and finance professionals. In 2012, they took on the role of CEO at Waterfront. Recently, in 2021, they became the CEO of Supply Change Consulting. Currently, they are the CEO of United Consulting, a group of consultancy partners specializing in HR, finance, and supply chain.
