Michael Durden, ABR, SFR, has extensive experience in real estate and management. Currently serving as a Broker at United Country since May 2017, Michael is involved in residential listings, home sales, and property management. Prior to this, Michael held the title of Licensed NC Real Estate Broker at ATC, Bonterra & Hometown RE from May 2003 to September 2013. Michael's management expertise includes a tenure as District Manager at American Greetings from 1999 to 2003, overseeing Central Carolina District and managing a significant installation project in the Mid-West. Additionally, Michael served as Regional Director at Gibson Greetings, Inc. from 1982 to 1999, managing operations across multiple districts, and worked as District Manager at Norcross, Inc. from 1972 to 1982. Michael's educational background includes studies at Jacksonville University, Kensington University, and South Georgia College, where a BSL degree was obtained.
