Charles Sawyer is an experienced Learning and Development Specialist at United Dairymen of Arizona since February 2023, with prior experience as a Training Specialist at Ciox Health from September 2020 to February 2023 and as a Commercial Recruiter at Nesco Resource from February 2020 to August 2020. Charles retired from the Maricopa County Sheriff's Office after a 20-year tenure as a Detention Sergeant, during which time certifications were obtained as an AZ Post Instructor, DHS- IRTB Instructor, and Situational Awareness Instructor, along with serving as a Team Leader and Executive Commander of the Special Response Team for four years. Educational achievements include an Emergency Medical Technician degree from Rio Salado College (2015), a certification as an Incident Response to Terrorist Bombings Instructor from New Mexico Institute of Mining and Technology (2013), and a certification in Detention Studies from Rio Salado College (1999).
