Scott Miniat

Scott Miniat has extensive work experience in the dairy industry. Scott started their career at Interfood as a Commodity Trader from February 2012 to June 2018. Scott then joined Darigold in June 2018 as the Leader of the Ingredients Portfolio, where they remained until May 2023. Currently, Scott is employed at the United Dairymen of Arizona as the Director of Strategy and Commercial Origination, a position they have held since May 2023.

Scott Miniat earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Economics from Southern Methodist University, where they studied from 2006 to 2010.
