Jacob Stephenson, MBA, currently serves as the Senior Director of Provider Recruiting at United Digestive, where responsibilities include leading recruitment for GI Physicians and other healthcare providers across the Southeast. Previously, Jacob held multiple roles at SCP Health, culminating in the position of Enterprise Clinical Recruiting Leader, where management of a team of Clinical Recruiters and placing candidates in critical leadership positions were key duties. Jacob's experience also includes direct recruiting roles at Tanner Health System and extensive background in commercial banking with BB&T, where skills in relationship management and financial analysis were developed. Jacob's educational background includes an MBA with a focus on Healthcare Administration and a BBA in Management/Finance from Harding University.
