Richard Mills

Richard Mills is currently serving as the President and Chief Executive Officer at United Educators. Prior to this role, Richard held the position of Executive Vice President at Dartmouth College. Richard also has extensive experience at Harvard Medical School, where Richard served in various administrative roles including Executive Dean for Administration, Dean for Education and Global Program Administration, Dean for Operations and Business Affairs, and Associate Dean for Planning and Facilities. Richard earned their J.D. from Boston University School of Law and an A.B. in History from Hamilton College.
