Hillary Proffit

Hillary Proffit currently serves as the Director of System Planning at United Electric Cooperative since August 2025. Prior experience includes a role as a Distribution Planning Engineering Technician at Toth and Associates, Inc. from August 2020 to August 2025, focusing on construction work plans and various engineering studies. Prior to Toth, Hillary worked as an Engineering Analyst at Milsoft Utility Solutions, specializing in software products WindMil and LightTable to support customers in modeling their distribution systems. Earlier roles include serving as a Math Instructor at Sylvan Learning and a Mathematics Tutor at the Angelo State University Math Lab. Hillary Proffit holds a Bachelor of Science in Physics from Angelo State University and is currently pursuing further education at Arizona State University from August 2023 to May 2027.
