Deb Malek

Deb Malek is currently the CEO at United Equipment Accessories. Deb has over 20 years of experience in various leadership roles in the automotive industry.

Deb started their career in 1990 as a shift manager at Motorola Semiconductor MOS6. Deb then moved to SSI Technologies, Inc. in 1994 where they became the business unit leader. In 2000, they took on the role of divisional manager at Dura Automotive. After four years in that role, they became the director of operations at Atwood Mobile Products LLC in 2004.

In 2008, Deb returned to United Equipment Accessories as the director of operations. Deb was promoted to CEO in 2009 and has held that position for the past 11 years. Under their leadership, United Equipment Accessories has become one of the leading suppliers of automotive components and systems.

Deb Malek has a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) from Arizona State University.
