Elizabeth Li has over 20 years of experience in customer service and management, currently serving as the Director of Customer Service at United Family Healthcare since April 2013. Prior to this role, Elizabeth was the CEO of EJ Consulting Company from January 2008 to March 2013. Elizabeth also held the position of General Manager at the 12580 Central Center of China Mobile from October 2005 to January 2008 and worked as the Integrated Marketing Services Manager at IDG Global Solutions from March 2002 to October 2005.
