Lawrence Liu

Lawrence Liu has a diverse work experience in the hospitality industry. Lawrence is currently serving as a Director of Customer Solutions at He'anjia Hospital since March 2021. Before that, they worked at Conrad Hotels & Resorts as a Director of Sales from August 2016 to February 2021. In this role, they were responsible for market analysis, promotional efforts, and expanding existing business. Prior to that, Lawrence held the position of Assistant Director of Sales at Accor from May 2015 to August 2016. Lawrence achieved significant growth in revenue and room nights and was involved in contract preparation and sales coaching. Lawrence also gained experience as a Senior Account Sales Manager and Account Manager at Marriott Hotels from July 2013 to March 2015 and from January 2011 to July 2013, respectively. In these roles, they focused on corporate sales, account management, and new business development. Lawrence's early experience includes working at Marco Polo Hotels as an Assistant Sales Manager from September 2009 to December 2010. Throughout their career, Lawrence has consistently achieved revenue goals and demonstrated expertise in sales management and customer relationship building.

Lawrence Liu completed their Master of Science (MSc) degree in Hotel and Tourism Management at The Hong Kong Polytechnic University from 2015 to 2017. Prior to that, they earned a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Hospitality Management from The University of Huddersfield between 2007 and 2009. Before pursuing their hospitality management degree, Lawrence obtained a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Business Studies from The University of Huddersfield from 2004 to 2007. Lawrence completed their high school education at Guangzhou Huamei International School from 1997 to 2004.
