John Pardo, MBA, has a strong and extensive work experience in various leadership roles. John started their career at the ALDO Group, where they held multiple positions over a span of two decades, playing a key role in building the brand and organization both nationally and internationally. John then joined Gain Capital Group, LLC as a Principal before taking on the role of Chief Operating Officer and Co-Principal at Sole Comfort, where they led strategic acquisitions and implemented best practices to drive growth and profitability. John later served as the Director of Canadian Operations at Wholesale Sports - Outdoor Outfitters, where they successfully transformed the company into a unified brand and achieved significant market growth.
