Shana Eriksen is an experienced marketing and operations professional with a robust background in digital strategy and business processes. Currently serving as the Lead for Digital Experience & Business Process at UFA since April 2022, Shana monitors digital marketing trends and supports the creation of strategic digital plans. Prior experience includes a role as Marketing Manager at The LITA Group of Companies, where Shana directed diverse marketing communications and managed creative programs. Shana also held positions at JawDrop Marketing as a Marketing Account Manager and at MWDA as CEO and Director, providing strategic leadership and overseeing client admissions and retention strategies. Shana holds a Bachelor of Arts in English Language and Literature from the University of Calgary, complemented by a Teaching Certificate in Dance from the Royal Academy of Dance.
