Carol Crawford

Carol Crawford is an accomplished project manager with extensive experience in managing high-impact projects within the financial and technology sectors. Currently serving as the Manager of the Project Management Office at United Federal Credit Union, Carol leads key project implementations aimed at expanding membership and transforming core systems at one of the largest federally-insured credit unions in the U.S. Prior to this role, Carol spent over five years at Brightstar Corp. as a Senior Infrastructure Project Manager, where responsibilities included overseeing global infrastructure projects supporting a vast network of telecom carriers and retailers. Carol's career also includes a notable tenure at Aon Corporation, where leadership was provided in service delivery projects and technology integrations across global offices. Carol holds a Master of Arts in French Literature from The State University of New York and a Bachelor of Science in French and Business from Penn State University.
