Cynthia Brown, SHRM-SCP, currently serves as a Senior HR Business Partner at United Federal Credit Union since July 2017. Previously, Cynthia held the position of Director of Human Resources at AmeriFirst Home Mortgage and Great Lakes Environmental & Infrastructure Solutions, as well as at Terra Contracting, LLC. Cynthia's experience also includes a role as Human Resources Manager at Graphic Packaging International and Human Resources Manager at Aggregate Industries. Additionally, Cynthia provided consulting services through HR Results, LLC, offering expertise in HR programs and compliance audits. Cynthia holds a Bachelor's of Science degree in Economics from the University of Iowa.
