James Knight

James Knight has extensive experience in the financial services industry, currently serving as the Chief Sales and Service Officer at United Federal Credit Union since June 2009. In this role, James leads various sales initiatives, including commercial, indirect, and mortgage sales, while overseeing the branch network and Member Service Center. Previous positions include Senior Vice President National Sales and Service, where James provided member-centric leadership, and Market Vice President for both the Midwest Region and overall, focusing on business development and market growth. Prior to their tenure at United Federal Credit Union, James served as Branch Manager and Vice President at Chase Bank, where management of sales processes and development of customer relationships was key. James also owned and operated Q Foods LLC and Zoo Enterprises LLC, achieving significant sales recognition, and began a career in engineering with roles in application and product engineering. Education includes a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from Western Michigan University and a Certified Senior Executive in Applied Strategic Management from The Credit Union Executive Society.
