Ben Allen

Ben Allen currently serves as Membership Director and Head of Commercial at United Fitness Brands since September 2023. Previously, Ben held multiple leadership positions at Anytime Fitness UK from October 2018 to September 2023, including Franchisor Head of Franchise Performance and Head of Risk and Resale. Earlier experience includes senior roles at Nuffield Health, where Ben was Senior General Manager/RD and Clinical lead, and General Manager of Market Sports during its acquisition. Other notable positions include Cluster General Manager at THE HEALTH CLUB COLLECTION LIMITED, Senior General Manager at The Gym Way London, and Senior General Manager at LA Fitness UK. Ben began a career in the fitness industry with a role as Sales Manager at Virgin Active and as Fitness Manager at Fitness First UK. Ben holds a Diploma in Sports Coaching and Facility Management from Colchester Institute.
