Megan Earl

Megan Earl is an experienced professional in corporate partnerships, currently serving as the Global Corporate Partnerships Manager at United for Global Mental Health since October 2025, where Megan leads A&O Shearman's Global Social Impact partnership. Previously, Megan worked at Mind from December 2018 to December 2024, holding the position of Senior Corporate Partnerships Account Manager, managing key partnerships with notable organizations such as ASICS, JD Outdoor, Deloitte, McVitie's, Buxton Water, Virgin Money, and ITV. Earlier experience includes roles as Corporate Partnerships Account Manager and Corporate Partnerships Assistant, along with an internship at Cancer Research UK. Megan holds a Bachelor’s Degree in English Literature and American Studies from the University of Birmingham and also studied at Arizona State University.
