Chelsey Catron

Chelsey Catron is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in operations and education. Currently serving as a Senior Operations Specialist at United for Respect since November 2021, Chelsey has held various roles within the organization, including People Ops & Administrative Specialist and Associate. Prior to this, Chelsey operated an ecommerce women's wear and accessories shop, Heart On My Sleeve Boutique, from January 2019 to February 2022, where responsibilities included marketing strategy and client collaboration. Chelsey also worked as a Client Success Manager/Executive Assistant at Implicit Technologies for a short period and spent five years as an Elementary School Teacher at Doral Academy of Nevada, focusing on lesson planning and stakeholder communication. Educational credentials include a Master of Science in Management & Leadership from Western Governors University and a Bachelor of Science in Elementary Education from the University of Nevada-Las Vegas.
