Angela Carter-Blackshear

Angela Carter-Blackshear, MSW is the Chief Operating Officer at United Friends of the Children. With a background in social work, Angela has held various leadership roles in nonprofit organizations focused on transitional-age youth, homelessness, and community development. Angela has experience in program development, strategic planning, and capacity building. Angela holds a Master's degree in Social Work from the University of Southern California and a Doctorate in Social Work from Capella University.
