Dominick Pagnozzi

Head of North American Business at United Games Entertainment GmbH

Dominick Pagnozzi began their work experience in 1984 as the Executive Vice President and Co-Founder of ABCO Distributors, a leading distribution company in the consumer software and computer peripherals industry. Dominick then moved on to Turtle Beach in 1997, where they held the role of Vice President Worldwide Sales and played a significant role in the creation and growth of the Video Game Headset market. During their time at Turtle Beach, Dominick launched several first-to-market campaigns and expanded the company's reach to over 150,000 points of distribution. In 2013, they became the Senior Vice President of Global Market Strategy and Development at Turtle Beach, where they successfully created and expanded the Console Gaming Headset market.

After leaving Turtle Beach, Dominick took on the role of Financial Services Representative at Guardian Life and Park Ave Securities; Certified Financial Services. LLC, from 2017 until 2019. Following this, they joined Pagnozzi Ventures, LLC in 2015 and served as the President, CEO, and Consultant, leveraging their expertise in building companies, brands, and functional teams. Dominick'strack record includes growing initiatives and product categories from zero to $250 million with high margins.

In 2019, Dominick joined Allstate Financial Services, LLC as a Personal Financial Representative. Currently, they are the Head of North American Business at United Games Entertainment GmbH, where they lead and oversees the company's operations in North America.

Dominick Pagnozzi attended Regis High School, where they completed a College/University Preparatory and Advanced High School/Secondary Diploma Program. After high school, they went on to study Linguistics at New York University, where they obtained a Bachelor's degree. Dominick also completed 50 credits of graduate studies in the same field at New York University.
