Shashank Dharmadhikari

Shashank Dharmadhikari has a diverse work experience in the agricultural industry. Shashank began their career at Cyanamid India, where they held various sales roles and was responsible for business development and coordinating with research teams. Shashank then joined Excel Industries Ltd. as a Product Manager, where they focused on marketing strategies and brand visibility for herbicides. Dharmadhikari then moved to Seminis, where they served as the Product Development Manager and established the Product Development and Product Promotion Departments for Seminis India. Shashank also worked at Seminis Vegetable Seeds India as the Profit Centre Manager and later as the Seminis National Sales Manager for East, North, and West Asia. Prior to their current role, they were the General Manager of Vegetables at Advanta Seeds, where they played a key role in acquisitions and post-merger integration. Since 2023, Dharmadhikari has been the Global Director of Sales and Marketing at United Genetics Seeds Co., where they lead the global sales and marketing efforts.

Shashank Dharmadhikari has a diverse education history. They obtained their MSc in agriculture with a specialization in Agriculture Extension from UAS, Dharwad, Karnataka in 1991. Subsequently, in 1994, they pursued a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from Nagpur University, majoring in Marketing, Finance, and Personnel Management. Before that, in 1989, Shashank completed their BSc in Agriculture from PKV Akola. Additionally, they obtained their 12th-grade education from RLT College of Science Akola in 1985. Early on, Shashank completed their high school education from Central School Nagpur and NR Deshpande English School Akola in 1982.
