Chad Eisenbud

Chad Eisenbud has extensive experience in the real estate investment industry. Chad currently serves as the Senior Vice President at United Growth, where they oversee acquisitions and capital markets, with a focus on value-add retail and build to suit opportunities. Prior to their current role, Chad worked at Madison Marquette for 14 years, serving as the Managing Director of Investments. Chad was responsible for managing investment projects from 2007 to 2021. Before joining Madison Marquette, Chad worked at Fowler Property Acquisitions as the Vice President, overseeing property acquisitions from 2001 to 2007. Chad began their career in the investment banking sector, working at Banc of America Securities from 1999 to 2001.

Chad Eisenbud has a strong educational background with a focus on economics and finance. Chad completed their Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics at the University of California, Berkeley, from 1994 to 1999. During this time, they also spent a year studying Economics at The London School of Economics and Political Science (LSE) in 1996-1997. Chad further pursued their education by obtaining a Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Real Estate and Finance from the University of California, Berkeley, Haas School of Business from 2004 to 2007.
