Kathryn Giudes

Kathryn Giudes serves as the Non-Executive Chair at United H2 Limited and Silicon Coast since March 2024 and December 2023, respectively. Since July 2019, Kathryn has been the Managing Director of macroDATA Digital Solutions, a full-service cyber security technology provider. Additionally, Kathryn holds the position of Independent Non-Executive Director at Nuheara since February 2018 and has served in similar capacities at Transmax Pty Ltd and LPE. Kathryn's previous roles include Independent Non-Executive Director at Class Ltd and Founding Executive Director at Foster Consulting. Educational credentials include a Bachelor of Science in International Marketing from Oregon State University and various certifications from the Australian Institute of Company Directors and the Australian Institute of Superannuation Trustees.
