Raheem Olayiwola Lasisi

Mr. Raheem Olayiwola Lasisi (AIIN, MBA, SMCILRMN) is a renowned Chartered Insurance Practitioner with a wealth of experience spanning over 18 years in General Business, Life and Health Insurance Underwriting, Marketing and Claims administration with a bias for micro insurance and retail marketing. An Associate of Chartered Insurance Institute of Nigeria (CIIN), he is also a Senior Member, Chartered Institute of Loan and Risk Management of Nigeria (CILRMN).

He holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from Nasarawa State University, Keffi and graduated from The Polytechnic Ibadan, Ibadan – Oyo State with Higher National Diploma (HND) in Insurance. He started his Insurance career with Custodian & Allied Insurance as a graduate Trainee in the Reinsurance department in the year 2000 and worked in various departments of the Company such as Motor, Engineering and Marine department. He rose through the ranks and left the organisation as a Senior Executive Officer in the Public Sector Unit in 2003.

He joined UNIC Insurance Plc in September 2003 as Head Branch Operations, coordinating the activities of the branches in terms of Marketing, Underwriting & Claims and General administration. He served in various Management positions and left UNIC Insurance Plc in 2010 as National Leader and Head, Retail Distribution Services to join Subtle Insurance Brokers as Assistant General Manager, Operations, a position he held until he joined United Healthcare International Limited as Head, Underwriting and Clients Service Department in 2012.
