Samantha Hess

Samantha Hess has a diverse work experience spanning several roles in the financial industry. Samantha started their career at Extraco Banks as a Personal Banker from March 2005 to August 2006. Samantha then joined Greater Central Texas Federal Credit Union as an Assistant Bookkeeper from August 2006 to August 2007. After that, they worked at A+ Federal Credit Union as a Member Service Counselor and Member Associate from August 2007 to October 2008. Samantha then moved on to United Heritage Credit Union, where they held various positions, including Branch Manager from August 2009 to February 2013, Product Specialist from February 2013 to November 2017, AVP of Digital Services from November 2017 to June 2021, VP of Digital Operations & Services from June 2021 to November 2022, and currently as the Chief Operations Officer starting from November 2022.

Samantha Hess has a strong educational background with a focus on business and organizational effectiveness. In 2007, they attended Texas State University and obtained a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree with a specialization in Finance. Following this, Samantha pursued further education and obtained a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) degree from Texas A&M University - Central Texas, graduating in 2015.

To enhance their professional skills, Samantha actively participated in executive education programs. In 2022, they attended the CUES CEO Institute I: Strategic Planning at Wharton Executive Education. The following year, Samantha enrolled in the CUES CEO Institute II: Organizational Effectiveness program at Cornell Executive Education.

In addition to their formal education, Samantha holds a certification as a Certified Electronic Banking Officer (CEBO) obtained from BankersWeb in August 2018, further showcasing their dedication to professional development and expertise in the banking industry.
