TaMeca Joshua

TaMeca Joshua has a diverse work experience in various roles and industries. TaMeca started their career in 2011 as a Patient Financial Services Coordinator at Indiana University Health. From 2013 to 2014, they worked as a Provider Relations Representative/Call Center Representative at Managed Health Services - Centene Corporation. Following that, they joined MS-IL Staffing & Packaging in 2014 as a Recruiter/Account Manager, and worked there until 2015. In 2016, they joined Indianapolis Housing Agency as a Human Resources Generalist, where they established HR plans and procedures and managed the compensation program. TaMeca stayed with the company until 2021 and then joined United Hospital Services as the Director of Human Resources. In this role, they ensure compliance with legal requirements, conducts employee orientation, and manages employee records.

TaMeca Joshua earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Health/Health Care Administration/Management from the University of Phoenix, where they attended from 2007 to 2012. In March 2015, they obtained the OSHA 10 certification.
