Shrikant Bhalerao

Shrikant Bhalerao currently serves as an Administrative Officer at United India Insurance Co. Ltd. since August 2025. Prior to this role, Shrikant worked as a Practitioner at Transform Rural India from January 2023 to June 2025, providing techno-managerial support for various training programs and assisting district administration. Shrikant was also a Prime Minister's Rural Development Fellow with the Ministry of Rural Development, Govt of India, from April 2014 to April 2017, where involvement focused on enhancing government development programs. Earlier experience includes a role as a Senior Programmer at Accenture from August 2011 to February 2014. Shrikant holds a Master of Science in Development Practice from Tata Institute of Social Sciences and a Bachelor of Engineering in Information Technology from SGSITS.
