Dennis Hernandez

Dennis Hernandez, PT, DPT, MS, currently serves as the Director of Rehabilitation and Lead Physical Therapist at United Indian Health Services since August 2022. Prior experience includes working as a Physical Therapist at Southern California Aquatic and Physical Therapy from June 2021 to August 2022 and a Hospital Services Attendant and Student Physical Therapist at Catholic Health from July 2020 to May 2021, focusing on outpatient orthopedics and acute care. Educational qualifications include a Doctor of Physical Therapy from D'Youville University (2018-2021), a Master’s Degree in Kinesiology and Exercise Science from Humboldt State University (2015-2016), and a Bachelor’s Degree in Kinesiology Pre-Physical Therapy from Humboldt State University (2013-2015). Additionally, teaching roles included Adjunct Faculty at Humboldt State University and Graduate Research Assistant at D'Youville College.
