Samia Touchen

Samia T. has extensive experience in the field of information technology, currently serving as a Membre at UIT since August 2012. Previously, Samia held the role of Director at ARPCE from April 2023 to August 2023, and from January 2019 to April 2021, served as Chef de département. Earlier experience at ARPCE included a position as Ingénieur from August 2010 to February 2017. Samia holds an Ingénieur d'état en informatique, Système d'information degree from Ecole Nationale Supérieure d'informatique ESI (2004-2009) and has completed two Master's degrees in security of information systems at Université des Sciences et de la Technologie 'Houari Boumediène' in 2014.
