Yuanxing Kuang

Yuanxing Kuang is an experienced legal professional with over 18 years of diverse expertise in legal affairs, primarily focused on pre-IPO financing, mergers and acquisitions, and private equity transactions. Currently serving as the Head of Legal Affairs at United Information Technology since June 2010, Yuanxing has previously held the position of Legal Department Manager at NEC Electronics, where responsibilities included leadership of the Beijing Legal Department. Yuanxing began the legal career as an Associate at Broad & Bright, specializing in inbound anti-dumping investigations and outbound countervailing investigations. Educational qualifications include an LL.M in International Trade Law from Newcastle University and an LL.B in International Economics Law from Shenzhen University.
