Andreas Pohl

Andreas Pohl has extensive work experience in various managerial and leadership roles. Andreas joined United Initiators in 2021 as the VP of Operational Excellence. Prior to that, from 2015 to 2021, they worked at Eckart, where they served as the Global Head of Supply Chain & Process Excellence. In this role, they led the successful transformation program and was responsible for global supply chain management, Lean/Six Sigma initiatives, and various digitization efforts. Before joining Eckart, from 2013 to 2015, Andreas worked as a Managing Director at Accenture. Andreas started their career at Deloitte in 1999, where they served as a Manager until 2007. Between 2007 and 2013, they worked as a Principal at A.T. Kearney.

Andreas Pohl earned a Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in Business Administration from the University of Westminster and Ludwig-Maximiliansuniversität München in 1998. In 1999, they pursued further education and obtained a Master's degree in Analysis, Design, and Management of Information Systems from The London School of Economics and Political Science (LSE).
