Pat Zerfoss has extensive experience in the insurance industry, currently serving as a Personal Lines Account Manager at United Insurance Rochester since January 2013, where responsibilities include sales and service for a variety of personal lines accounts. Prior to this role, Pat worked at Spence & Mathews Insurance from July 2001 to November 2012, managing personal lines accounts and leading a team of account managers and receptionists. Additionally, Pat held positions at Kittredge Insurance Agency and Teresa J Lawson Editorial Consulting, focusing on personal lines account management and providing editorial support in typesetting for scholarly publications, respectively. Pat's educational background includes studies at the University of Massachusetts Boston.
