Carmen Lichtenwalter has over 18 years of experience in media campaign management and customer service. Currently serving as the Head of (Commercial) Media Campaign Management at United Internet Media GmbH since January 2006, Carmen has also held the position of Media Business Service Manager. Prior to this role, Carmen worked at WEB.DE AG as a Kundenservice Mitarbeiterin from May 2005 to December 2005, contributing valuable skills in customer relations.
