Diane Squadron has a strong background in leadership and management roles in the non-profit sector. Diane began their career in 2008 at Youth Consultation Service (YCS), where they served as an Associate Director for Clinical Services and later as the Director of the Institute for Infant and Preschool Mental Health. In these positions, they managed program services, oversaw staff relations, and ensured compliance with state and JCAHO standards. Additionally, they supervised interns and developed training curriculum. In 2017, they joined Jewish Family Service of MetroWest NJ as the Chief Executive Officer, where they currently hold the position.
Diane Squadron holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology from Clark University. Diane also holds a Doctor of Psychology (PsyD) degree in Clinical Psychology from the Ferkauf Graduate School of Psychology.
