Sophia M. White

Sophia M. White is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in philanthropy, project assistance, and film production. Currently serving as a Senior Philanthropy Officer (Trusts & Foundations) at UK for UNHCR since October 2024, Sophia has previously held various roles at CAFOD, including Major Gifts and Philanthropy Research and Information Executive and Corporate Partnerships Consultant. Notably, Sophia contributed to award-winning documentary productions as an Associate Producer at Fugue State Films, playing a key role in notable projects such as the 'Bach' trilogy. Additional experience includes serving as Executive Assistant at the Ukrainian Welcome Centre and Project Assistant at the Dicastery for Promoting Integral Human Development. Sophia holds an MPhil in Theology from Trinity College Dublin and has a strong educational background in History from The University of Manchester.
