Abby Brown

Abby Brown is an accomplished legal professional currently serving as Assistant General Counsel and Corporate Secretary at United Launch Alliance (ULA) since June 2021. In this role, Abby provides strategic advice and counseling on various aspects of the business, focusing on corporate governance, intellectual property, contracts, litigation, and regulatory compliance. Prior to ULA, Abby held positions as Associate General Counsel at Moye White LLP and as a Commercial Litigation Attorney at Dentons. Additionally, Abby gained valuable experience as an Associate Attorney at the University of Denver - Sturm College of Law, where responsibilities included instructing National Trial Team students, and served as an Attorney at Wheeler Trigg O'Donnell LLP. Abby began her career as Executive Team Leader for Asset Protection at Target. Abby earned a Juris Doctorate from the University of Denver - Sturm College of Law and a Bachelor of Arts in Organizational Communication from Creighton University.
