Andrew Smith is a seasoned engineering professional with extensive experience in software development and program management within the aerospace and defense sectors. Currently serving as the Vulcan Development Software Senior Leader at United Launch Alliance since March 2023, Andrew has held various key roles at Raytheon, including Program Chief Engineer and Engineering Program Manager, where responsibilities included managing significant budgets and leading large software teams across multiple sites. Andrew's expertise encompasses cost management, program execution, and process improvement, demonstrated through successful initiatives at Raytheon Intelligence & Information Systems and SPAWAR. Andrew holds a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering from Purdue University.
