Brian Cossey

Brian Cossey is a seasoned financial professional with extensive experience in budget management and financial analysis within the aerospace industry. Since December 2006, Cossey has worked at United Launch Alliance (ULA) as a Financial Analysis Specialist and Business Manager, overseeing financial responsibilities for 1,200 engineers across various disciplines and managing labor metrics for workforce planning. Previously, Cossey served as a Budget Management Supervisor, where oversight included a budget exceeding $500 million across multiple functional areas. Prior experience includes over 19 years at The Boeing Company in progressively responsible roles, leading budget management for about 1,000 employees, and supporting enterprise leaders with financial analysis. Cossey holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Applied Computer Science from California Southern University and an Associate of Arts in Accounting from Penn Foster Group.
