Dale Cochran

Dale (Tommy) Cochran currently serves as the Manager of the Launch Systems Maintenance Engineering Team and Transportation Engineering Team at United Launch Alliance (ULA), a position held since June 2020, following a role as a Launch Systems Maintenance Engineer focusing on Propulsion & Mechanical Systems. Prior experience includes positions as a Quality Engineer, Graduate Teaching Assistant, and Graduate Research Assistant at the University of Oklahoma, along with multiple internships at ULA, where skills in quality and safety engineering were developed. Earlier work experience includes technician roles at Discount Tire and a public policy internship for the City of Shavano Park. Dale holds a Master of Science and a Bachelor of Science in Industrial and Systems Engineering from the University of Oklahoma.
