Liane J. George

Liane George serves as the Vice President and Chief Human Resources Officer at United Launch Alliance (ULA), a position held since August 2015, where responsibilities include overseeing all HR functions with a team of 76 and managing a budget exceeding $10 million. Prior to ULA, Liane held the title of Corporate People Officer at Sierra Nevada Corporation from January 2015 to August 2015, and served as Director of Human Resources at the same company from 2011 to 2014. Liane's extensive career also includes various HR leadership roles at Lockheed Martin from 1995 to 2011, where notable achievements include managing major HR programs and overseeing international HR operations. Liane holds a Master’s degree in Organizational Development from the University of Pennsylvania and a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration with a focus on Human Resources from the State University of New York at Oswego.
