Steven Berg holds an MBA and a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering and has extensive experience in leadership and operational management across multiple industries. Currently serving as the Site Manager for the Propulsion Shop & Test Facility at United Launch Alliance, Steven oversees all aspects of the Pueblo facilities, including financial and operational responsibilities. As President of Profit Max Consulting, Steven employs Lean and Six Sigma methodologies to enhance business processes. Previous roles include Director of Engineering & Quality at Distribution International, where innovations in engineering saved significant time and costs, and Director of Operations for Cameron, managing multiple manufacturing sites with a focus on profitability and continuous improvement. Steven has also held positions at Halliburton, Honeywell Aerospace, and GE Aviation, developing strategic initiatives and advanced manufacturing methods that have consistently delivered substantial savings and performance improvements.
