Billy Ewart

Billy Ewart has extensive experience in procurement, currently serving as the Head of Procurement at United Learning since March 2023. Prior to this role, Billy held multiple positions at New City College from March 2017 to March 2023, including Head of Procurement, Purchasing and Payments Manager, and Procurement Manager. Billy's career in procurement began at Tower Hamlets College, where roles included Purchasing Controller, Finance Officer, Accounts Payable Clerk, and Purchasing Assistant from February 2005 to February 2017.
