David Brown

David Brown serves as the Chief Financial Officer for Sysco GB, leading the broadline and specialty foodservice business. Prior to this role, David held the same position at Brakes UK, an award-winning foodservice provider wholly owned by Sysco. David's extensive experience includes positions as Non-Executive Director and Board Trustee at United Learning, and Non-Executive Director and Chair of the Audit Committee at Gemserv and MHM. Additional roles include serving as Chief Financial Officer at Smart DCC and Viapath, as well as Finance Director at Eurostar. David began a career in finance at BSkyB Plc and PwC, where foundational skills in financial analysis and business recovery were developed. Educational qualifications include being a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales (ICAEW) and a Bachelor of Science (BSc Hons) in Business Finance and Economics from the University of East Anglia.
